About me
Jean's Bothy is a mental health & wellbeing hub in Helensburgh, on the west coast of Scotland. We are based in a 1930s cottage where we offer a monthly programme of groups and activities. We also offer lunches 3 times per week for our members and organise regular trips and outings, all to help improve overall wellbeing.
