Underground Lights Community Theatre is hosting a mindful community meal that aims to bring together mental health workers, artists, creatives, homelessness support workers, people with lived experience, and changemakers. This gathering offers a welcoming space to slow down, share food, and connect through thoughtful conversation.
Through shared stories, creative reflection, and open discussion, we will explore and celebrate the powerful role the arts play in supporting mental health, mindfulness, healing, and connection. Grounded in care, inclusivity, and mutual respect, this event honours diverse perspectives and lived experiences, recognising creativity as a vital tool for wellbeing and social change.
Everyone is welcome to come as they are - to listen, reflect, and be part of a community that values compassion, creativity, and collective care.
