About the Experience

Make New Friends Community Building Foodie

There’s something special about sitting down for dinner with people you’ve never met before. You arrive as strangers, but somewhere between the first drink, a good story and passing the pasta around the table, something starts to shift.

We’ll start the evening with a drink and a gentle walk through the marina before settling in around the table for a long, relaxed dinner. Expect good food, interesting conversation and the chance to meet people you might never have crossed paths with otherwise.

This is dinner the OpenSeat way: intentional, welcoming and a little bit unexpected.

A proper, slow-cooked bolognaise sauce that gets the whole day to become something worth sitting down for. Served generously with spaghetti and all the good things that belong around a big bowl of pasta.

For dessert: fresh strawberries with balsamic & mint, served with cream.
