Meal & Mead is a cozy gathering for curious palates and kindred spirits, whether you're a seasoned adventurer or simply mead-curious.
We’ll kick things off with a short, informal talk where I’ll share what I’ve learned so far on my mead-making journey, the dos, the don’ts, and the delightful surprises.
From honey selection and fermentation to flavoring and bottling, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the process, the passion, and the possibilities.
Then we’ll settle in for a hearty, rustic dinner, simple, satisfying, and paired perfectly with handcrafted meads.
Think warm bread, roast meats, and a sweet finish, all served with a generous side of good company.
