Once you have successfully applied for funding through ChangeX, create and list your Playful Feast here. All it takes are a few simple steps: 1. **Sign up to OpenSeat** 2. **Fill out your details and add a profile picture** in your user dashboard 3. **Request to join this event** - so you understand what guests will need to do! 4. **Press 'Host a Meal' and affiliate your Playful Feast with the Hub.** Make it a 'Public' gathering, and enable the toggle where it asks "Is this affiliated with a campaign or organisation?" - select "Playful Feasts" to show the event in the hub. 5. **Input all the other relevant details** (date, time, number of seats available). Make sure the event is free to attend. 6. **Share the link** with potential parents and caregivers 7. **Login to accept guests** whenever you get an email notification. That's it!
