A great event which included a great buffet, talking activities, craft activities and we went home with a bag of goodies full of things to improve our wellbeing. The host was very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and felt no pressure, I could engage as much or as little as I wanted. I became more involved as the session went on due to the trust created in the room. When I initially arrived I was feeling quite anxious about what to expect and I’d had a stressful week. When I left I felt a sense of calm and appreciated the opportunity to offload and gaining great insights from the host of strategies, it was also reassuring to hear others felt the same. I would definitely recommend the sessions to everyone, a really friendly organisation and I was surprised what a laugh I had. I went home feeling much lighter and relaxed.
