Why people need community
In an increasingly disconnected world, the need for authentic community has never been more critical.
We're Losing the Spaces Where Belonging Happens
Participation in traditional "Third Places" — neighborhood clubs, community groups, churches, and local gathering spots beyond home and work — has fallen by 50% since the 1970s.
The Quality of Your Relationships Determines the Quality of Your Life
The 80-year Harvard Study of Adult Development — the world's longest study on happiness — confirms that close relationships are the strongest predictor of long-term health and wellbeing.
Loneliness Is a Public Health Risk
Its impact on the body rivals smoking 15 cigarettes a day, making meaningful community a biological necessity — not a lifestyle luxury.
Why we believe in the home
Sharing a meal in someone's home fosters intimacy and vulnerability in ways public spaces never can. It's where formality fades, guards drop, and deeper connections naturally emerge. Stories are shared, and strangers become friends—all around the simple act of breaking bread together.
What Kind of Community Will You Build?
Meet people who share your interests over meals that spark memorable conversations, new friendships, and game-changing connections around the table
Ready to Build Your Community?
In a world that often prioritizes convenience over connection, we're striving to re-establish this culture of open-hearted hospitality.
